A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact us immediately at support@dresgo.com. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

A: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Q: What is your return policy?
